Job Context
- This position is suitable for personnel who worked in woven garments company as a Manager, Production. The person should be specially qualified for Formal Suit Making. Person do not having experience of making Formal Suit need not to be applied for the job.

- Lead Production Team.
- Meet Efficiency & productivity standards.
- To maintain pace with planning and production.
- Follow up total production flow by balancing to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
- To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
- Able to run several woven garments production lines independently.
- Must be sound on buyer quality and technical requirements.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining quality.
- High Technical knowledge of ladies wear tops and bottom garments.
