Business : Well established in manufacturing & exporting textile products since 1984.
- Job Location: CEPZ. Chattogram
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain Compliance records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Follow-up Compliance activities of the factory day to day.
- To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
- To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & take necessary initiative fot remedy.
- To maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
- To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
- To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
- To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
- To assist & report to Deputy General Manager (HR Admin & Compliance) accordingly.
- To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
- To maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/ certificates/ permits.
- Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline,
- Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- 2 to 3 year(s) experience at RMG/ Textiles in Social Compliance sector.
- Must have good ability to communicate, correspond & work in English Language
- Must be a good team player with Good inter-personal & communication skills
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame .
- Need to have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2013 &2018,Srom Bidhimala,EPZ Labor Law 2019.
