Compliance Officer



Job Context

  • Job Location: CEPZ. Chattogram

Job Level



  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Compliance records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Follow-up Compliance activities of the factory day to day.
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
  • To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & take necessary initiative fot remedy.
  • To maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
  • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
  • To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
  • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
  • To assist & report to Deputy General Manager (HR Admin & Compliance) accordingly.
  • To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
  • To maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/ certificates/ permits.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline,
  • Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • 2 to 3 year(s) experience at RMG/ Textiles in Social Compliance sector.
  • Must have good ability to communicate, correspond & work in English Language
  • Must be a good team player with Good inter-personal & communication skills
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame .
  • Need to have knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2013 &2018,Srom Bidhimala,EPZ Labor Law 2019.
